About

This year marks the 47th Massachusetts Highway Association’s equipment and trade expo, long recognized as one of New England’s largest equipment expos, conveniently located at 181 Boston Post Road West, Marlborough, MA .

Our last expo in 2025 was a sellout with over 220 vendors displaying their products and services, and over 2,200 visitors passing through the expo during the two-day show.

MHA membership is comprised of highway officials, including directors, engineers, and superintendents involved in all phases of highway related activities.

Founded in 1893 with a membership of 51, MHA today boasts a membership of more than 750.

We are an umbrella organization which encompass seven county highway associations:

  • Barnstable
  • Plymouth
  • Norfolk/Bristol/Middlesex
  • Worcester
  • Berkshire
  • Essex
  • Tri-County

Exhibitors

  • For additional exhibitor amenities, review the Exhibitor Service Manual or call Capital Conventions at 877-335-3700.
  • Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel and Trade Center rooms are available. Please call 508-460-0700 to book your room.
  • Electrical service for indoor booths can be ordered through the hotel.
  • Credit cards are accepted. Call Ann or Laura at 781-245-7070 for more information.
  • Vendor parking will be available at the Royal Plaza Trade Center.
  • Larger pieces of equipment must be located in an outdoor booth.



After booking a booth space, each vendor will receive complimentary tickets to distribute to customers before the show. We encourage vendors to put their company name and booth information on the tickets so that potential customers will know where to find the booth at the show. Complimentary tickets will be distributed throughout New England.
